Hey everyone,

Been thinking a lot lately about what truly makes an online casino "trustworthy" from our side of things - the affiliate perspective, I mean. We're not just looking for high commissions, right? We're building long-term value, and that hinges on the quality of the brands we send traffic to.

For me, it boils down to a few core things that really build player confidence and, in turn, keep them coming back. First off, proper licensing and regulation are non-negotiable. If a site isn't legit, it's a huge red flag - not just for players but for our own reputation. Then there's the payment side - fast, reliable payouts are huge. Nothing kills player loyalty quicker than slow withdrawals or shady terms. I've seen good traffic go to waste because of payment issues.

Customer support is another big one. If players have issues, they need to be resolved quickly and fairly. Good support reduces churn and keeps players engaged. And of course, fair play - transparent RTPs, provably fair games where applicable. Players are savvy these days; they can spot a rigged game a mile away.

Ultimately, promoting a trustworthy brand means better retention, fewer chargebacks, and a stronger long-term relationship with our players. It's about protecting our own business by aligning with quality.

So, what are your absolute must-haves when you're vetting a new casino brand to promote? What are the biggest red flags you look for that scream "stay away"? Interested to hear what others prioritize.
