Affiliate game feeling different lately?

Hey everyone! Just wanted to throw this out there - anyone else feeling like the affiliate landscape has really shifted recently? In my experience, getting those good conversions feels tougher than ever, especially for new niche sites. It used to be you could kinda just get traffic and things would happen, but now it's all about super-optimised landing pages and really tight funnels, isn't it? Are you guys seeing the same, or is it just my corner of the web? Curious to hear what others are experiencing out there.
