Hey everyone, So, I was thinking about what really separates the good operators from the bad ones lately, especially when you are sending traffic. And honestly, customer support quality is way up there for me. We spend all this time on PPC and CRO, getting clicks, optimizing landing pages, trying to automate things, right? But if a player has an issue after they sign up and the support is terrible, they are just going to churn. So, I had a situation last year where a player I referred had a payout problem. It was a bank thing, not the operator's fault initially. But the way their support team handled it, tbh, it was so slow and unhelpful, the player just got fed up and left. It really made me think about the long-term value. We are building these niche sites, but if the backend experience for the actual customer is rubbish, it impacts our earnings long term. So, when I am evaluating a new partnership or even just looking at general industry trends, I always try to consider this. A good support team means better player retention, which means more commissions for us over time. It is not just about the initial conversion. What are your thoughts on this? Do you guys factor support in much?

Spot on. Terrible support absolutely kills LTV. Why bother optimizing PPC and CRO - getting top traffic - if players just churn after their first issue? It's a massive oversight.
