Casino asking for source of funds documentation - is this normal?

Tried to withdraw about $5,000 and they're asking for "source of funds" documentation. Want to see bank statements, payslips, proof of where deposit money came from.

I already completed KYC when I signed up. The fact they're asking more now that I'm withdrawing feels sketchy.

Has anyone dealt with this? What did you submit and how long to resolve?

Had the same thing happen to me. Submitted my payslips and a bank statement and it was resolved in about 48 hours. Frustrating in the moment but the withdrawal went through fine after verification.

Yeah, that's pretty standard now, tbh. In my experience, especially with those larger withdrawals, casinos are getting super strict with AML regulations. Seen it happen a lot since the UKGC and MGA really started cracking down last year. They want to make sure the money isn't from anything dodgy. Did you use crypto or a traditional bank transfer for your deposits?
