Seen a lot of new affiliates jump into offers without properly vetting the operators. Imo, checking their payout history and terms is more critical than just conversion rates. Sometimes a high CPA is bait if they're gonna stiff you on withdrawals or have insane rollover requirements. I think it's worth digging into forums for payment issues before committing. Maybe even test small withdrawals yourself early on. What do you guys look for?

Totally agree about vetting. Tbh, in my experience, too many new guys only look at the conversion rate on the offer page and forget about the actual conversion to cash in their bank. It's like optimizing your landing page for clicks but ignoring your sales funnel. I've seen some operators with great CRs but horrendous payment terms or even outright ghosting. It's not just about the numbers they show; it's about their reputation for actually paying out. That's real CRO right there.

The points about vetting are spot on. It is a critical aspect, often overlooked. I learned this the hard way with a crypto casino offer last year... high CPA looked incredible, but their withdrawal process was a nightmare of KYC and delays. Took weeks to get paid, and only after constant chasing. Definitely test those payouts early, even if it is a small amount. Conversion rates mean little if you cannot actually get your money.
