Player Priorities: Fast Withdrawals vs. Big Bonuses?

Been pondering player priorities lately. It's a constant balancing act, right? From what I've seen, players often fall into two camps: those who NEED super fast withdrawals and others who are more swayed by a HUGE bonus offer. In my experience, the bonus chasers are often newer players, less concerned with cashout speed up front. But then you have the veterans who absolutely prioritize getting their money quickly - builds trust, I think. Reliable, quick payouts can sometimes even convert better long-term than a massive, complicated bonus. What do you all focus on?
